Lalita's paintings are created in a very unusual media,
the images are painted in Wet & or Dry Pigment and Pen on Rice Paper and then applied over the canvas with Hand Stained Papers.
Lalita uses the finest artist materials and archival products
to ensure the life and quality of her paintings.
The hand stained papers used are museum quality acid free
papers that are dyed or stained by the artist herself using color pigments.
Lalita coats each canvas with several layers of acrylic varnish and UV varnish, for maximum protection from moisture and light.
